2. We can arrange access to the property directly with the occupier, or at an agreed time with you, for the purposes of our visit;

3. You will have the report sent to you and the required parties within 24 hours of our visit. Reports are automatically sent via email, with automatic reminders tracked and sent to your tenant each week until they sign the report. There is also the option of producing a PDF hard copy report if preferred.
